Colum Arbuckle's guests this week are Maureen McKeown and Sylvia Anderson.

Maureen was recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease but that hasn't deterred her from writing a book about her great aunt who, when she was a nun in Australia, ran away from a convent in the middle of the night with nothing but a nightdress to her name.

Sylvia was once a holiday rep in Crete but, after she took up amateur dramatics when she was in her 50s, she managed to enrol as an extra in many well-known films and TV shows, including Game of Thrones.
