Steven talks to Julia Donaldson, author of some of the best known and loved children's books of our time, about her latest picture book The Ugly Five, and taking The Highway Rat to our screens over Christmas. Local crime writer and father Steve Cavanagh is in the studio talking about his relationship with children's literature and his own fictional creation - con artist and lawyer Eddie Flynn. Plus, actress and comedian Diona Doherty talks about her favourite authors and we hear a run down of the books that made it into the 2017 Cover to Cover hall of fame.
