Stephen Sackur talks to ICAN's executive director Beatrice Fihn. What use is a Nobel Peace Prize when the world's nuclear powers aren't listening?

HARDtalk is in Oslo to speak to the winners of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize, ICAN - International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons. It comes as North Korea continues its testing of missiles capable of reaching the United States with a nuclear warhead.
