The senior Sinn Fein politician John O'Dowd says he's ashamed of the Kingsmill massacre, in which the IRA murdered ten Protestant workmen.

Sinn Fein's John O'Dowd has said he's ashamed by the murders of ten Protestant workmen at Kingsmill more than 40 years ago. Mr O'Dowd was reacting to the controversy earlier this week which led to the suspension for three weeks of his party colleague Barry McElduff. The MP posted a video of a kingsmills loaf on his head on the anniversary of the massacre. Last night Mr O'Dowd said the families of the victims deserved justice.
