Ebrington Primary School is spending the extra money because the Clooney Greenway - a key part of Stormont's 'Clooney Masterplan' - remains closed. If completed it would allow children from Kilfennan and surrounding pupils to walk and cycle safely to school - both Ebrington Primary and the new Foyle College.
