The Weather World team discover how meteorology has helped to shape the Royal Air Force, the world's first independent Air Force, which is celebrating 100 years since its formation.
Former RAF meteorologist Matt Taylor visits RAF Marham to share some of his experiences of being an operational forecaster on an airbase.
Meanwhile, Nick Miller and Sarah Keith-Lucas head to RAF Brize Norton to understand the daily routine at the force's busiest site.
The trio discover how landing procedures have changed for aircraft over the last century - and how the Royal Air Force dealt the Beast from the East.
They also look back at the tumultuous weather that froze much of Europe, along with the other global meteorological events that have been making headlines since the start of 2018.
