Live from Lisbon, Portugal for Eurovision 2018

Ken is live in Lisbon, Portugal backstage at the Altice Arena ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest. He's chatting to UK hopeful SuRie about her preparations for the big night.

Ken broadcasts live from Lisbon, Portugal ahead of the sixty-third Eurovision Song Contest. He's chatting to SuRie - the UK's entry to this year's competition. Plus Ken also looks ahead to some of the songs tipped to score the big points in the final with journalist and self-confessed Eurovision fan Paddy O'Connell.

Mans Zelmerlow, the Swedish Eurovision champion from 2015 and SuRie, the UK's hopeful for this year choose the Tracks of My Years. Mans is a Swedish singer and television presenter who won the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria in 2015 with the song 'Heroes', scoring 365 points. The song was also a huge hit across Europe, going to number one in Iceland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Sweden. Mans then went on to co-host the TV coverage in Sweden in 2016 with Petra Mede and the show also featured Justin Timberlake performing live, leading to record breaking audience figures of over 200 million worldwide. Recently Mans co-hosted the UK's selection show, 'You Decide' alongside Mel Giedroyc live from the Brighton Dome on 麻豆官网首页入口 Two.
SuRie is an English singer-songwriter who is representing the UK this year with the song 'Storm' at the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal. With classical roots in piano, voice and oboe, SuRie's musical career started as a child soloist, performing at iconic British venues such as The Royal Albert Hall and St. Paul's Cathedral. A graduate of The Royal Academy of Music SuRie has held residencies in jazz lounges throughout London and performed backing vocals for artists like Chris Martin and Will Young. She has prior Eurovision experience as she was a backing vocalist and dancer for Loic Nottet at Eurovision 2015 in Vienna, Austria, representing Belgium with Rhythm Inside. She returned two years later as Musical Director for Blanche's City Lights in Kyiv, Ukraine last year.
