The mother of 12-year-old Billy Caldwell, from Castlederg, says the last few days have been horrendous since the medicinal cannabis he's given for severe epilepsy was confiscated - then re-instated after the direct intervention of the Home Secretary, Sajid Javid. But it's only a temporary reprieve - the Home Office licence for the drug to be administered to Billy is for 20 days - and his mother Charlotte fears just one seizure could kill him, if it's not made permanent.
