Paul Martin has two new recruits on his hands who want to learn how to be antique dealers. They are taking on an enormous challenge by putting up their own money to buy items at auction and then sell them on to make themselves a fat profit! Have they bought and sold before, and if
not how will they cope?

Under Paul's eagle eye they have to decide what to buy and how much to spend - if they overspend they will not maximise their profit. How do you find a buyer for a sequined designer handbag or a retro angle poise lamp - will anybody want them?

We watch their progress and follow their journey, and once they have sold all their items they meet up again with Paul who analyses their sales techniques and reveals which recruit has made the biggest profit and proved themselves a dealer.
