PSNI ACC Alan Todd hits out at "vile and reprehensible" dissident republican threats on car-recovery companies.

A number of car-recovery companies here have been warned by dissident republicans that they will be targeted if they continue carrying out work for the PSNI. It is understood the threats have been issued by the group known as the New IRA. Two companies involved in the work have been targeted in arson attacks in recent weeks. Stephen spoke to Assistant Chief Constable Alan Todd.

Also on the programme, the government has said it is not carrying out a "formal review" into the post-Brexit rights of Irish citizens who were born in Northern Ireland. Recent changes mean that essentially there could be two tiers of Irish citizens with those in the Republic of Ireland retaining EU rights and those in Northern Ireland who can't. But what rights did the Good Friday Agreement actually guarantee? And should Irish citizens in a Northern Ireland outside the EU guarantee all of the same rights as Irish citizens in the Republic, living inside the EU? Stephen spoke to commentator Andree Murphy and editor of Slugger O'Toole website Mick Fealty.

And, the SDLP member M谩ir铆a Cahill has been told that she cannot stand in the upcoming local government elections. This is because she is unwilling to make public her home address, due to a restraining order protecting her from an individual. M谩ir铆a has been the victim of harassment and intimidation in the past. Legislation has not been updated for local elections which would allow the option of keeping a home address private in these circumstances. The head of the Electoral Office has written to the NIO and Election Commission "highlighting this as an issue they may wish to consider for legislative change". She spoke to Stephen this morning.
