Customers unbox, test and score a massage candle, a reusable hot drinks lid and a board game. But only one can win the Customer is Always Right trophy.
Three entrepreneurs come together to discover what our customers think of their precious products. They鈥檙e nervous, but ready to watch the customers unboxing, testing and giving their feedback on what they like, dislike and what they think could be improved for each invention.
In today鈥檚 episode, we meet Wilma, Gary and Mick, all hoping to get a high score from our customers to become today鈥檚 winner.
Wilma has invented a unique twist on the scented candle. She uses cocoa butters and essential oils instead of wax. Once the candle has been lit, and the butters burn, the candle can be blown out and poured onto the skin as a massage oil. Airline pilot Gary was fed up of mile-high spillages whilst enjoying a coffee during his flights. He鈥檚 now invented a brand new reusable lid that he hopes will reduce spillage and be leak-proof for hot drinks on the go. Mick has been working on his invention for over 40 years. A fishing enthusiast, he has designed, created and brought to market a fishing-based board game for all the family to enjoy.
