Pete Allen is the guest artist on Jazz Club this week. To coincide with the publication of his life story 'On the Beat' and the accompanying CD, Pete talks about the appeal which jazz had for him, his natural ability as a jazz clarinettist, and the challenges of setting up his own musical groups.
