VE Day Anniversary

Laoidhean, leughaidhean agus smuaintean airson latha VE a chuimhneachadh. Hymns, readings and reflections to commemorate the 75th anniversary of VE day.

The Very Rev Dr Angus Morrison and Fr Colin MacInnes, present a mix of hymns, readings and reflections commemorating the end of the Second World War in Europe 75 years ago.

Am measg na chithear anns a’ phrògram, bidh Seumas Greumach a’ seinn Fan Maille Rium agus Còisir Ghàidhlig Ìleach Ghlaschu le Nam Aonar le Mo Smuaintean. Bidh Josie Duncan a’ seinn An t-Eilean mu Thuath.
The Very Rev Dr Angus Morrison, Orwell and Portmoak Parish Church, and Fr Colin MacInnes, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Benbecula, present a mix of hymns, readings and reflections commemorating the end of the Second World War in Europe 75 years ago. Included in the programme will be James Graham singing Fan Maille Rium (Abide with Me) and Glasgow Islay Gaelic Choir with Nam Aonar le Mo Smuaintean. Josie Duncan will be singing An t-Eilean mu Thuath.
