A fisherman has had a stroke in a remote location and needs to be rescued by the Special Operations team using their special off-road vehicle.

Documentary series following the Scottish Ambulance Service. In Glasgow, a moped rider has crashed into a fence and needs treatment for a suspected broken leg. In the countryside, a fisherman has had a stroke in a remote location and, after the alarm is raised by his grandson, needs to be rescued by the Special Operations team using their special off-road vehicle. In Edinburgh, ambulance crew Dan and Colin have a request to take a patient across the city to get the treatment she needs. In Aberdeen, Ewan and Alan transfer one of the oldest patients they have encountered – a lady of 102 – to hospital. She has breathing problems and needs treatment.
