Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad chat to former Marine and TV presenter JJ Chalmers about faith, recovery, sequins and dance!

Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad are joined by former Marine and Invictus Games medallist JJ Chalmers, as he takes on one of the biggest shows in TV.

JJ was seriously injured as a Marine in Afghanistan, however despite life-long injuries he has gone on to succeed in life, winning medals at the inaugural Invictus Games and carving out a career as a successful TV presenter. He had 60 operations and had to overcome mental health challenges after the bomb blast, he tells Kate and Jason about the role faith played in his recovery and why he wanted to take on the Glitterball challenge!

And we have a very special live performance from the Composite Bands of the Household Division from Guards Chapel in Central London. The 45-piece military band will be playing live at the Cenotaph as the poppies are laid on Remembrance Sunday this year and look ahead to the commemoration with a moving rendition of Dear Lord And Father of Mankind.
