The big question for the industry - from the giant malls to small indie shops and the titans of e-commerce - will consumers stick to lockdown-habits and embrace online shopping? We speak to David Lloyd, Alibaba Group's General Manager for the UK, Netherlands and the Nordics and Steve Sadove, former chairman and CEO of US luxury store Saks and senior advisor at MasterCard.
