Tanya Arnold presents highlights and analysis from the opening round of matches in the 2021 Betfred Super League season. The 12 teams are looking for a flying start as they take their first steps on the journey towards October鈥檚 Grand Final.

Warrington Wolves have recruited global superstar Greg Inglis as they seek their first ever Super League title. Their opening fixture is against Castleford Tigers. Champions St Helens are back on the field for the first time since their sensational last second victory in last year鈥檚 Grand Final. Saints鈥� opponents are Salford Red Devils.

Leigh Centurions, who are back in Super League for the first time since 2017, open up against their local rivals Wigan Warriors and Wakefield Trinity take on Leeds Rhinos. Hull Kingston Rovers face Catalans Dragons and there鈥檚 an intriguing battle between Hull FC and Huddersfield, who both appointed new head coaches over the winter months.
