After a visit to Millbank Farm in County Down, Suzie cooks up an epic Sunday roast of slow-cooked leg of lamb served with a rich potato dauphinoise, then demonstrates how to put leftovers to good use when she makes easy lamb kebabs. She tops it all off with the ultimate Easter chocolate cake.
