Martin visits a terrace in Suffolk and a semi in Bedfordshire, while Dion looks at the development potential of an enormous plot of land in Kent.

Martin heads to Suffolk, where he finds himself charmed by a two-bed mid-terrace that has remained largely untouched over the years. He is less enthusiastic about a two-bed semi in Bedfordshire, however, in which he discovers several worrying cracks in the walls. Dion, meanwhile, is off barnstorming in Kent to look at the development potential of an enormous plot of land.
