More than 20,000 bereaved families can now claim financial support once restricted to married couples and civil partners. The payments worth up to 拢10,000 have been extended to cover all couples who lived together and claimed child benefit.

Eight years ago the government said it would introduce funding for university and higher education that is comparable with the principle of Islamic finance. So when will it happen?
