Kate meets Blue - an ostrich with an identity problem. He seems to think he鈥檚 a zebra, and while he鈥檚 hanging out with his stripy friends, he鈥檚 neglecting his parental duties.

Giant otters Inny and Gordit are a handful, and cleaning their mucky enclosure is a major logistical challenge. It takes two days just to empty the vast pool of water before powerwashing the filthy glass can begin. Luckily, Ben gets to welcome the otters back in when all the hard work has been done by the keepers.
