Watch men's boxing and the US men's basketball team, plus swimming and table tennis.

GB's Paul Drinkhall was bidding to progress through the early table tennis pool stages against Austrian opponent Robert Gardos. Meeting in round two of the men's singles, the pair were competing for a spot in the third round against Jang Woo-jin of South Korea. The men's singles final is on Friday 30 July.

Over in the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, GB's Kathleen Dawson and Cassie Wild were going in the sixth heat of the 100m backstroke competition. Both looking to swim the race in under a minute, their biggest rival would be Australian flier Kaylee McKeown, who will no doubt be looking to set the timing screens on fire.

Hard-hitting Ben Whittaker must overcome Columbia's Jorge Luis Vivas if he is to remain on track for gold medal glory. The 24-year-old is looking to progress from the round of 32 using his well-known countering skills. The light heavyweight hitter is fighting for the right to face Egypt's Abdelrahman Oraby.

The 'All Star' US basketball side are in action as the three-time defending Olympic champions must overcome a resistant France side. The opening game for both sides, the USA will be favorites despite a disappointing World Cup in 2019. Olympic men's basketball has three pools of four with the US and France joined by Iran and Czech Republic. The quarter-finals begin on 2nd August.
