Day 3: Red Button – Skateboarding & Swimming

The skateboarding is in it's first Olympics and there are already medals to be had in the men's street category, there's also action from the pool and hockey pitch.

Watch the tense conclusion of the women's hockey as reigning Olympic champions Great Britain and world number three side Germany meet at the Oi Hockey Stadium.

A new sport at the Olympics, Skateboarding has already started captivating a new audience. Full of tricks, flicks and some very cool moves, the men's street category gets underway.

Second in his heat, American Jagger Eaton will be challenging for top spot. Also in contention is Brazilian Kelvin Hoefler and Yuto Horigome, who's competing in his home games.

GB's Adam Peaty goes in the semi-final of the 100m breaststroke. With the clock often his main competitor, the speedster will be looking for a comfortable race to provide him with the best possible platform for the final - which takes place at 03:12 on 26th July.

There were medals to be had on day two in the pool in both the men's and women's 400m individual medley. In the women's competition, GB's Aimee Willmott goes for gold against the likes of Emma Weyant of the US and Yui Ohashi of host nation Japan.

In the men's final, Max Litchfield aims for top spot in what's sure to be an incredibly close event. US duo Litherland and Kalisz will be difficult competitors to overcome.
