Surfing, beach volleyball, taekwondo, boxing and rugby sevens feature on day four.
It's all eyes on the surfing latter stages as the women's quarter-finals and men's semi-finals take place on the waves at the Tsurigasaki Surfing Beach whilst on the beach USA face Spain in the women's beach volleyball.
In taekwondo, team GB's Mahama Cho takes on China's Sun Hongyi in the men's +80kg Round of 16 plus Great Britain鈥檚 Pat McCormack begins his bid for Boxing gold against 21-year-old Aliaksandr Radzionau of Belarus.
Elswhere, the men's rugby sevens group stages continue with Great Britain featuring against Fiji.
