Women's gold medal match between hosts Japan and USA. America's victory against Serbia in the semi-final was their 54th Olympic win in a row - an incredible streak that started in the 1992 bronze-medal match. Host nation Japan are into their first ever final following an impressive 87-71 win over 2012 silver medallists France. They were inspired by Rui Machida, who made an incredible 18 assists, a new Olympic women's game record. In the women's volleyball bronze-medal match, reigning world and back-to-back European champions Serbia face South Korea. The Koreans only previous Olympic medal was bronze in Montreal 1976. It's the battle for seventh in the men's water polo between Montenegro and Italy from the Tatsumi Water Polo Centre.
