Delia Smith joins Johnnie to talk about her experiences in the 1970s, life as a culinary queen and her new book.

Delia Smith ended the 1960's in rather a rock n' roll fashion - she created the cake which adorns the front cover of the Rolling Stones album, 'Let It Bleed'. While she didn't continue down the musical path, her career with all things food took off at the dawn of the '70s and she became one of the most successful TV cooks this country has ever produced. Delia joins Johnnie to talk about her experiences in the 1970s, her life as a culinary queen, her love of 70s pop and her new book, 'You Matter - The Human Solution'.
