Claire Rousay is best known for her cinematic long form ambient compositions that weave soft harmonic drone electronics together with delicate field recordings. Her music zeroes in on personal emotions and the minutiae of everyday life, incorporating voicemails, environmental recordings, stopwatches, whispers and conversations to spotlight their significance. Rousay's Freak Zone Playlist marks the release of her most recent album, 'everything perfect is already here' released in April 2022 on the Sheltered Press label.
