This volume of the mixtape is a mostly UK affair featuring stalwarts of the scene Village Live Records. Co-founder Remulak chats to Huey about the label and the difficulties of keeping things running after the co-founder Joey Deez passed away. Keeping things in the Village Live family, Huey has a mix from Manchester based beatmaker Aver whose latest work for the label is with the hip hop jazz crossover project Move 78.
Huey also hears from Juganaut whose album latest album Time and Place has just dropped, but it began life exactly 10 years ago.
