'Boss! Boss! We can't work with this cement!'

Sean reveals how he dealt with the problems his workers had with the cold weather when he was building Birmingham.

"When I was building Birmingham," Sean says, "we were on a special target to build the Rotunda. We were working flat out. Then some of the bricklayers would have come to me and said, 'Boss! Boss! We can't work with this cement!' I said, 'Yes! What can I do for you?' and the reply came, 'Boss! It's too cold for us to lay bricks! We can't work with this cement!' So I said to them, 'Easy, boys!' So I mixed the cement with warm water!"
