A blend of Gogol鈥檚 absurdist humour and Kafka鈥檚 alienation this tragi-comedy is set in the wild west atmosphere of a newly independent Ukraine following the collapse of the Soviet Union. At the heart of the action, is down-on-his-luck writer, Viktor. His story becomes one about surviving and enduring in perilous times.
