A non-stop party of female-fronted dancefloor fillers and brilliant beats to make you feel good, in celebration of International Women's Day. From soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical RnB to awe-inspiring remixes, DJ Spoony's music manifesto is simple: if a track has a good groove that will make your body move, it's in. With tunes from the 70s to the present day, it's all killer and no filler with big dollops of nostalgia to make you smile.

DJ Spoony also serves up two very special mixes to keep the Friday night vibes flowing. Then later on, our host takes to the decks live for the Good Groove Deep Cuts Mix, a glamorous, high energy selection that will make you want to push back the sofa and dance.
