Afternoon Concert 麻豆官网首页入口 Proms 2023

Dalia Stasevska conducts the 麻豆官网首页入口 Symphony Orchestra in music by Sibelius and Britten, Grieg's Piano Concerto with Paul Lewis, and a new piece by Ukrainian composer Bohdana Frolyak.

Presented by Fiona Talkington, including another chance to hear the First Night of the Proms, as Dalia Stasevska conducts the 麻豆官网首页入口 Symphony Orchestra in music by Sibelius and Britten, Grieg's Piano Concerto with Paul Lewis, and a new piece by Ukrainian composer Bohdana Frolyak.

Also, throughout the week we'll hear from a concert of baroque arias with the soprano Dorothee Mields and period ensemble Concerto De鈥� Cavalieri, recorded at the recent Schwetzingen Festival in Germany.
