'I'll be dipping 487 sheep this weekend!'
Sean makes plans to dip nearly 500 sheep. He is, he explains, the strong man of the operation.
"Farmer Wade phoned me last night!" Sean says. "I'm starting at five o'clock tonight. He tells me we're dipping sheep all weekend. Four hundred and eighty-seven sheep!"
"I hope you have notified the Department of Agriculture that you're dipping sheep!" says John in Creggan. That was my job in 1987 I was only 16 but I was the man who sent out the inspector from Crown Buildings, Asylum Road, to make sure you were doing it right!"
"That's Farmer Wade's job," Sean says. "He does all the phoning and legal stuff. I'm just the strong man of the team."
