Hungerford 22

While the teams shop with experts Raj Bisram and Stephanie Connell for items to make dough at the auction, Caroline Hawley learns of a hidden bakehouse in an Elizabethan mansion.

Caroline Hawley bakes up a treat of a show from an Elizabethan mansion, while the teams hope to make a lot of dough at auction.

Under the floorboards of Shaw House, on the outskirts of Newbury, Caroline is shown a hidden bakehouse that was revealed during restoration work. Built in 1581, Shaw House is one of the best-preserved Elizabethan houses in Britain.

Hoping to cook up some profits in nearby Hungerford are mother and son team Sarah and Frankie. They take on grandmother and granddaughter duo Sally and Narissa.

Both teams get off to a frantic start, with just 60 minutes on the clock to buy three items each. Sarah and Frankie like their ceramics, but expert Raj Bisram warns them off a pricey art deco vase. The blues have expensive tastes too and pin their hopes on a mid-century silver and enamelled brooch, but does expert Stephanie Connell share their enthusiasm?

At the auction in Newbury, Thomas Forrester wields his gavel, but could it all come down the bonus buys?
