As the RSNO throws a 70th birthday bash for Scottish composer Patrick Doyle, Jamie MacDougall plays some of his most iconic film soundtracks. Nicola Benedetti joins the SCO next month and we hear her perform Elgar鈥檚 Violin Concerto tonight with the LPO. Plus Betthoven鈥檚 Fidelio Overture and a little known Stravinsky ballet from the 麻豆官网首页入口 Scottish Symphony Orchestra and Ryan Wigglesworth.
