Hospital pressures grow
The Western Trust says it may have to reduce some services and redirect staff to cope with dozens of patients needing hospital treatment as pressure on the health system grows.
The Western Trust says it may have to reduce some services and redirect staff to cope with dozens of patients needing hospital treatment.
The Trust has also revealed that some patients may need to be discharged from hospital without a full care package or discharged to another care facility to try and free up hospital beds.
The warnings come as pressure on the health system continues to grow.
