Paralympian Olivia Breen offers a candid insight into what it's like being an elite athlete preparing for one of the biggest sporting events in the world. Each week she's joined by two of her fellow elite athletes to discuss the highs, the lows, the pressure, the joy - and what their lives are like outside of sport too. This week Olivia is competing at the UK Athletics Championships in Manchester, which double up as the Olympic trials. She meets up with visually-impaired sprinter James Ledger and para discus thrower Harrison Walsh as they aim to secure their spots in Paris.
