Following a severe panic attack on an aeroplane 14 years ago, restaurateur Nick Jones found himself unable to travel long distances by any mode of transport. In addition to this, the anxiety caused by the attack suddenly stopped Nick from participating in some of his favourite pastimes, such as going to see his football team play at the local stadium.

Nick had reluctantly resigned himself to the fact that he would just have to live with this condition for the rest of his life. However, when he and his restaurant team helped their local community during lockdown, Nick was praised as a pandemic hero by award-winning chef Rene Renzeppe, who invited Nick to eat at his restaurant in Copenhagen. In addition to this, Nick鈥檚 daughter Jessica is now at that age where she really wants to travel. With these two new incentives to overcome his biggest fears, Nick is now on a quest to find a solution.
