Episode 4

Facing the second heat are 'Gladiator' and Team GB sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, actor Danielle Harold, comedian and actor Eshaan Akbar, actor Rochenda Sandall and reality star Chloe Burrows.

It’s time for the second heat week, which will see five brand new but very familiar faces enter the MasterChef arena.

Hoping to win a place in this week’s quarter-final are ‘Gladiator’ and Team GB sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, actor Danielle Harold, comedian and actor Eshaan Akbar, actor Rochenda Sandall and reality star Chloe Burrows.

There’s little time for chit-chat as they dive straight into their first task - Under the Cloche! Each celebrity picks a silver dome, under which lies a secret ingredient. They have just 60 minutes to create a dish that celebrates their chosen treasure. Amongst the ingredients are duck, pear and chicken livers. First impressions are everything, and John and Gregg are hoping for five plates of total deliciousness.

Next, all five have one more chance to keep their place in the competition as they cook up their dinner party dishes. This time, the pressure is on to deliver two divine plates of food that would satisfy the most demanding guests. Nobody wants to be first out, so let’s just hope they don’t bite off more than they can chew.

There’s only room for four in the next stage of the competition, meaning one celebrity will be heading straight for the exit.
