In this week's Spotlight, we'll be hearing from Kate Lynch, who is the artistic director of Highlights, a rural touring scheme based in the North East of England and Cumbria. It's a vital organisation that was started in 1997 with the aim of providing arts and culture to isolated communities, and they put on local, regional and international music and theatre events in small village halls.
