‘Round Midnight is presented by award-winning saxophonist Soweto Kinch. This weekday late-night show celebrates the thriving UK jazz scene and spotlights the best new music alongside incredible acts from past decades.

Josephine Davies has been sharing best-loved albums from her collection this week, and tonight she is back with her fourth and final pick – one from English saxophonist Julian Arguelles.

Josephine's album, Weatherwards, with her quartet is out now. She has also just released her new album, The Celtic Wheel of The Year Suite, with her Enso Ensemble.

Also in the programme, music recorded in Gateshead by the group Sloth Racket (who are celebrating ten years together) and from Renee Rosnes, Rachel Eckroth & John Hadfield, and Shirley Scott.
