Seo a’ chiad latha de dh’ fharpaisean aig Mòd na Cloinne agus tha a’ phrosbaig air luchd-ionnsachaidh tàlantach. Tha farsaingeachd de dh’fharpaisean ann, eadar seinn aon-neach, seann nòs, aithris bàrdachd, còisirean agus seinn càraid. Carrie MacNeil and Linda MacLeod present songs, poetry and stories from the Royal National Mod in Oban. This is the first day of the children’s competitions and the focus is primarily on young Gaelic learners. The programme will feature solo singing, traditional singing, poetry recitation, choral singing and duets. Competitors hail from schools all over Scotland and the winning performances will be filmed in the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú studio in Oban.
