In the final leg of their adventure, Wynne Evans and Joanna Page embark on a thrilling journey from Milford Haven to St David鈥檚, sailing along the stunning South Wales coastline. As they navigate the picturesque Pembrokeshire waters, they set off from the tranquil Cleddau River estuary and venture into open seas.

Their first stop brings them to the RNLI St David鈥檚 lifeboat station, where they join the dedicated crew for an exhilarating training exercise, even taking turns at the helm of the lifeboat. Next, there鈥檚 a whistle-stop visit to St David鈥檚, Britain鈥檚 smallest city, before returning to their boat to continue the journey.

The adventure culminates at the idyllic Porthselau Beach, where Wynne and Jo realise their dream of a seaside swim.
