Cyrus Todiwala celebrates the best of British seafood with crab fritters topped with fried langoustines. Shivi Ramoutar cooks her jerk pork tacos made using a tender, slow-cooked pork shoulder finished with a zingy corn and pineapple salsa.
Daisy Terry drops by for a bread-making masterclass with her foolproof focaccia, and Big Zuu brings a taste of Valencia to the studio with his super bombon sandwich.
Alex Jones takes charge of the kitchen as Ravneet Gill serves up a showstopping dessert with high praise from Nathan Outlaw, Josh Widdicombe and Nish Kumar. And finally, Clara Amfo faces either her food heaven, crispy sea bass with chilli noodles, or food hell, poached turkey with roasted artichokes.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein rustles up nasi goreng on the Cornish coast, and the Hairy Bikers head to a crisp factory in Lancashire for a taste of something truly unique.
