This week on Click we are looking at innovations in health tech - starting with a piece from a high tech hospital in America by Richard Taylor where 'Tug Bot' robots ferry meals, pharmaceuticals, and even rubbish around, calling lifts for themselves. Lara Lewington sees a 3D printing prototype device, which could revolutionise the way doctors suture stitches.
Spencer Kelly has a look at how Gaudi锟絪 Sagrada Familia Cathedral in Barcelona is being finished with the help of 3D printing; and David Reid is in Ghana meeting tech entrepreneurs at a school for start-ups.
Richard Taylor also reports from the Apple Watch event in California.
