Lone Scherfig interview

Simon Mayo talks to Danish film director Lone Scherfig about her new film, An Education, which stars Carey Mulligan, Peter Sarsgaard and Emma Thompson. The screenplay was adapted by Nick Hornby from Lynn Barber's memoir about a school girl's love affair with a mysterious older man.

The film plays at the London Film Festival and is on general release from Friday 30 October.
