He talks to the head of the service, Debbie Ransome, who tells him about the logistical problems involved in broadcasting from a country whose infrastructure has been devastated.

Also in the programme, in response to a query from a listener, Rajan takes advice from pronunciation linguist Jo Kim on how to pronounce the name of Haiti鈥檚 capital city 鈥 and asks Jo how she knows she鈥檚 right.
