He talks to the 麻豆官网首页入口鈥檚 Tehran correspondent, Jon Leyne, about his experience of 鈥渋nformation blockades鈥, periods when the Iranian authorities clamp down on communication, dismantling the mobile phone network, blocking SMS messages and shutting down the internet.

And Rajan also talks to Mahmood Enayat, the 麻豆官网首页入口 World Service Trust's expert on Iran and the internet, to find out whether anything can be done to prevent repressive governments from taking control of cyberspace.
