Wake up to life in Wiltshire!
This morning:
More money is being spent on sorting out Wiltshire's roads after the harsh winter. We spoke to Wiltshire Council's "Mr. Pothole" - Graeme Hay - about the extra money that is being spent, but also the compensation money that has been paid out to over three hundred and fifty drivers since December for damage caused to their cars by the roads. You can report potholes to the Council on the "Clarence" hotline: 0800 23 23 23.
For the last six months he's been in our man in Afghanistan. Lieutenant Colonel David Wakefield is normally based in Wiltshire - but over the last six months he's been serving as the Press Officer for 11 Light Brigade in Helmand Province. He's now back home and he came in the speak about his experiences. Click to go to the Matthew Smith site to look up more programme information for today to find a link to his online diary.
