The Burton man doing the Man v Horse Marathon & what will replace Home Information Packs?

Dave Thomas from the South Derbyshire Volunteer Centre explains to Aleena more about "speed matching" in Swadlincote. It's like speed dating, but instead of finding love it's hope you'll find the ideal volunteering opportunity instead.

As the new government abolishes Home Information Packs or HIPs, Aleena discovers how home owners will still need an Energy Performance Certificate, if they're hoping to sell.

She chats to Alan Riley from Burton about his plans to take part in the Man v Horse Marathon in Wales next month. Riding Misty over the 22 miles course across the Brecon Beacons.

Matt Barlow takes the radiocar to Sinfin Moor Park to learn more about the courses being run to by the BCTV to help unemployed people develop their countryside skills.

And Aleena gets the low down on this morning's spending cuts announcements from our political reporter Elly Zanyavitska.
